Shipping | Delivery Information

Currently Clarins.com only delivers within mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to Channel Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man.

An order can only be delivered to one address. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days):

• With Royal Mail, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary, up to 7 working days. Please note, this shipping method is not available for Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands.

 

• With DHL, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary, up to 7 working days.

 

Express Delivery (1 - 3 working days):

Orders are typically delivered by the end of the second business day after they are shipped.

Your order will be dispatched after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be dispatched on the same day, your order must be submitted and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 2:30pm from Monday to Friday. All other orders will be dispatched on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 2:30 pm, in which case the order will be dispatched on the following business day.

Deliveries to some remote addresses are made only by Express Delivery and may require up to 3 additional days.

When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it’s ready to be dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch e-mail. Our orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. This e-mail will contain delivery details as well as a tracking number to use on the DHL or Royal Mail website to track your order.
